BISKUT MAZOLA

Biskut kegemeran Hazim n Syarah
Balik ptg nanti nak buat.. insya Allah


BISKUT MAZOLA

Ingredients :
4 cups flour
2 cups castor sugar
3 cups groundnuts
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
enough Mazola oil ~ I used sunflower cooking oil
egg yolk ~ for glazing

Method :
1. Fry groundnuts with a bit of oil. Then grind to medium fine.
2. Mix well flour, sugar, groundnuts powder, baking powder, egg yolk and vanilla essence.
3. Pour in oil, bit by bit and knead till soft dough is formed.
4. Roll into small dough the size of a marble. Flatten slightly and arrange on the baking tray.
5. Brush with egg yolk.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for 15 minutes or till done.

Kremel Bakar




Kali pertama buat bakar..mak datuk bukan main lama..
3 x set time baru masak ..masa yang diambil lebih sejam dgn 175'c


kali ke2 buat pada 18/10/2008
ini lagi la... betul2 hangus.. dgn 240'c dan 45 minit gitu la ..
Tapi gambar tak ambil la pulak
mujur masih boleh dimakan.
